That's on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. It is a house on Bass River. The river flows to the ocean and bisects the towns of Yarmouth and Dennis, in what is called the mid-cape. I like to say I live at the elbow (if you look at a map and see Massachusetts, Cape Cod is the arm which extends into the sea).
